Join Wyoming Agriculture in the Classroom to give Cheyenne 4th grade elementary students a taste of agriculture.  You’ll learn how to conduct a classroom workshop, then present to students at Sunrise Elementary School.You must attend the Training workshop on Thursday AND the classroom presentation on Friday, April 20 from 10:15-12:30.  Transportation will be provided.   Have your advisor register with Mrs. Broda at sbroda@yahoo.com.  Limit 15 students.

Join past state FFA officers to learn some basic country swing moves.  We’ll get you off the wall and on the dance floor with confidence!  Come have fun and learn some new skills!
Laramie Room Things to Include in Your Showing Toolbox: Techniques and Supplies
Learn showmanship techniques to master to increase your chances of being a winner in the show ring. Discuss what you have to do in order to be a better showman and learn about some supplies that will help your animals look like a rock star in the show ring!  Presented by Freeman Show Box.
South Fork Room Sharpen your communication skills on ag issues
Have you ever wanted to be a more effective communicator?  Do you want to increase your impact during a committee or group meeting?  The Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation offers a competitive event called the Discussion Meet where a group of people discuss current agriculture issues.  In this workshop, you will explore what the Discussion Meet is and how it simulates actual policy development for agriculture issues.  A mock Discussion Meet will provide FFA members the opportunity to see it in action and discuss agriculture issues with their peers.  We believe in the future of agriculture and we know as FFA members you believe in the future of agriculture as well.  Join us for a chance to learn and practice your communication skills.
